Small City Deluxe: Winter Expansion

There is a small mistake in the player river boards. The expansion is still playable with 3 players and also with 4 players if one of the 4 players is playing a different difficulty than all other 3 players.

These 2 files are replacing brown's player board and purple's player board

It includes all KS exclusive items and SGs unlocked during the campaign on KS in March 2022.
