It is hereby specified that these conditions govern the sale, by AVStudioGames, of games and expansions on the website www.avstudiogames.com. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
ARTICLE 1 – PRICE
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs.
In the case of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts do not fall under the responsibility of AVStudioGames. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the orders are registered.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

AVStudioGames reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 3 – VALIDATION
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
ARTICLE 4 – AVAILABILITY
Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stock. In this context, information on product availability is provided to you at the time of placing your order. Information on the site is provided for information purposes only (simultaneous orders or stock error).
In the event of product unavailability after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email or by mail as soon as we receive information from suppliers. Your order will be automatically canceled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the order process. Games are sent by Colissimo without home tracking. For shipments abroad, UPS, Chronopost or Colissimo will be used depending on the destination. We send by email the parcel number allowing you to track it on the post office website if applicable.
When you order several products at the same time and one of them is out of stock (not indicated on the site), AVStudioGames reserves the right to cancel the order.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Payment for your purchases is made by credit card with PayPal.
ARTICLE 7 – REFUND
Items are neither taken back nor exchanged. Please contact the site if you notice a delivery delay issue or if the item arrives damaged. The item may then be refunded up to a maximum of 90% or a credit note will be issued, valid for a future order. When you wish to cancel an order, only the amount received at the time of payment by the seller may be refunded, i.e. approximately 95%. We do not refund shipping costs paid when returning products.
ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
We undertake to exchange products that are apparently defective, damaged, or do not correspond to your order. In this case, we thank you for reporting this in detail in writing or by email. In the case of defective products or components, please return the product(s) or component(s) so that we can send you replacement items. Please contact AVStudioGames to learn about the return procedures.

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced are the property of AVStudioGames and are reserved for personal use only. All works on the site are the property of the author Alban Viard. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private purposes, subject to different or more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, is authorized. Any total or partial reproduction of the AVStudioGames site is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY
The products offered comply with current French legislation. The liability of AVStudioGames cannot be engaged in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered (for example in the event of a ban on a title…). It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you intend to order.

In the event of an obvious error between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or the conditions of sale, AVStudioGames cannot be held liable.

This contract is subject to French law.
The language of this contract is French.
In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you.
